The Dangers of Weightlifting the Lower Back

Although it is a great weightlifting exercise for the lower back, the deadlift is an exercise for the amateur weightlifter. Because of the unnatural movements and complexity of the exercise, injuries are more likely to occur with the deadlift over any other exercise. That makes it all the more important to use correct form to avoid those injuries. Use a free weight training program to obtain the information on using correct lifting techniques for the deadlift.
